3. Perishable Items

5. Product Not as Expected

If the product is not as shown on the site or not as expected, notify customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The complaint will be reviewed and handled appropriately.

6. Warranty and Refund Timelines

For products with manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. If a refund is approved by 6376447935, it will be processed within 10 days.
