Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

1. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are shipped within 10 days from order/payment date, or as per delivery date agreed at order confirmation, subject to courier/post office norms.

2. Delivery Responsibility

Platform Owner is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

3. Delivery Address and Confirmation

All orders are delivered to the buyer address provided at purchase. Service delivery confirmation is sent to the registered email ID.

4. Shipping Charges

Any shipping cost levied by the seller or Platform Owner (as applicable) is non-refundable.
