2. Earning Real Cash Points (Help & Earn Ledger)

Our telephony gateway credits real reward points to your account for completing safety tasks. These points translate directly into cash that can be withdrawn:

Onboarding Rewards

• Account Setup: Earn 50 points upon complete registration.
• Document Vault Bonus: Fetch your authentic RC or Driving License from API Setu to earn 100 points instantly.
• Emergency Contact Onboarding: Link and verify your family emergency contact details to earn 20 points.

Community Action Rewards (Parking Help)

If you see another driver whose vehicle is blocked, has a rolled-down window, or is parked incorrectly:

1. Scan their QR tag.
2. Verify your alert through the secure web OTP flow.
3. The system initiates an anonymous VoIP call/chat connecting you to the owner.
4. Once the owner confirms the parking conflict is resolved, you receive 50 points credited to your account.

Fraud Prevention and Revocation

To maintain maximum authenticity, our backend features strict audit triggers:

• If a scan alert is flagged as spam or harassment, the admin can revoke the reward points credited for that call session.
• A revoked reward transaction deducts the points and penalizes the scanner's Civic Score.
